Chaos Corridors is the seventeenth level (slot seventeen) of Catacomb 3D (1991). This level marks the beginning of the final stage of the game, exiting from the hub environs started in Access Floor.

- Graysoul's Run - grey bricks
- Purespirit Path - white bricks

- The setting of this level, a wizard's guild, is returned to in The Coven of Mages in Catacomb Abyss (1992).
